Please read these terms carefully before using the Quik Eco platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Quik Eco platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Quik Eco provides satellite-based environmental monitoring, ESG reporting, and campaign management services. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may not use the Service to upload or transmit any malicious code or content.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quik Eco and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
4. User Content
By submitting reports, photos, or data to Quik Eco, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of improving our environmental datasets and providing the Service.
5. ESG Reporting & Accuracy
While Quik Eco uses advanced satellite imagery and AI to detect plastic waste, we provide data for informational and reporting purposes. We strive for maximum accuracy but do not guarantee that all reports are error-free. ESG compliance remains the responsibility of the reporting entity.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quik Eco, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
